Sophie Pineau

Sophie Pineau is a multimedia artist and BFA candidate in Studio Art at Bowling Green State University. Working primarily in glass and two-dimensional media, her practice explores the psychological dimensions of human experience—particularly the interplay between internal perception and external reality.

Informed by studies in philosophy and psychology, Sophie’s recent work investigates reflective and projective psychological spaces, inviting viewers into moments of introspection and layered meaning. Drawing from her background in energy healing (Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki) and a strong interest in spiritual psychology, her work is both meditative and exploratory, designed to engage those who seek connection with the unseen and symbolic aspects of self.
